The invention relates to meat processing, in particular to installations for transporting meat, in particular poultry carcasses in the course of their processing. The purpose of the invention is to reliably hold the material to be processed as it moves. The installation comprises a chain conveyor 1 with several holding devices mounted for rotation, each of which is provided with means for gripping the carcasses. Each means for grabbing is made in the form of two levers 2 and 3; the lever 3 is pivotably mounted and provided with a control unit (element 4 thereto). The installation is equipped with at least one guideway 5, which is fixed along the path of movement of the holding devices and has at least one curved section 6 for bringing together the levers 2 and 3 the interaction of the control element 4 with the guide 5 on its curvilinear section 6. Each gripping means with levers 2 and 3 can be located on the carriage 7, while the rotary lever 3 is mounted on the axis 8 mounted on the carriage 7. Claims (4) [1] 1.
